1. If you are looking for jobs in the seafood industry, the State of Alaska has a web page on Seafood Jobs:

http://www.labor.state.ak.us/esd_alaska_jobs/

There are a few listings on this page if you look around. There is also a listing of Regional Seafood Employment Specialists that work for the state at the bottom of the "Fishing Jobs in Alaska" page. You could contact these individuals to see if they have any leads for you.

For oil jobs and other jobs in Alaska, I would contact the Alaska Job Center for the region you are thinking:

The State of Alaska operates regional job centers that help people find jobs (If you are not a US Citizen or legal immigrant, I think they will not help you). The service is free and they have a pretty good selection of jobs for their region. When I needed summer work, I used to go talk to them and I would walk out with 3 or 4 job leads.

Good Luck!
