Can someone advice me on getting an entry level Alaska Fishing Job?

What's the fastest and simplest way? What's the job like if you have worked such a job?

1. My Dad works for Unisea inc.
IT's a big fishing company that operates in Dutch Harbor, AK.
Check out Unisea.com. It's good money, long hours. Isolation... but good money.
If you're a US Citizen you won't have any problems besides those I just mentionned.
They also provide staff housing.
